Responsible For
Sales Support & Execution:
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, research, and prospecting activities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads
- Support in scheduling appointments and demonstrations for senior sales staff
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels
Customer Interaction:
- Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients under supervision
- Build rapport with prospects and understand their needs
- Present basic product information and answer preliminary questions
- Assist with customer onboarding and post-sale support activities
- Gather customer feedback and market insights
