Designer Intern
Overview
We're seeking a creative and passionate Design Intern to join our design team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop your design skills, and build a strong portfolio while collaborating with experienced designers. You'll contribute to various design initiatives across digital and print media.
Specific Skills
- Graphic Design: Logo design, branding, visual identity
- Digital Design: Social media graphics, web banners, email templates
- Print Design: Brochures, flyers, posters, business cards
- UI/UX Design: Wireframing, mockups, user interface design
- Typography: Font pairing, hierarchy, readability
- Color Theory: Color harmony, psychology, accessibility
- Layout & Composition: Grid systems, balance, visual hierarchy
- Image Editing: Photo retouching, manipulation, color correction
- Illustration: Vector illustration, iconography (preferred)
Responsible For
- Assist in creating visual designs for digital and print materials (social media graphics, brochures, presentations, etc.)
- Support the design team in developing brand assets and marketing collateral
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Create mockups, prototypes, and wireframes for websites and mobile applications
- Edit and retouch images for various design projects
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all design materials
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams on design requirements
- Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices
- Prepare design files for production and ensure quality standards
- Organize and maintain design asset libraries
